1. Quality is not maintained due to less monitoring
2. Less cost effective compared to factory manufactured.
3. Not vibrated ,product not achieving required strength.
4. Overall cost /piece are more.
5. Curing gets hampered due to ignorance.

Advantage of using Micro Concrete cover.

1. Having compressive strength of 60mpa.
2. Having breaking load minimum of 7Kn maximum of 20Kn ranging as per size from 20mm to 50mm.
3. Available with binding, proving of binding wire and without binding wire.
4. Having slightly rough surface finish to create bond between cover block and concrete.
5. Steel fiber mixed to improve the compressive strength.
6. Conventional curing for 28 days.
